For the fourth straight year, Clemson University has made it to the College Football Playoffs. Led be Coach Dabo Swinney, the Tigers will face Notre Dame on December 29 to try to make it back to the championship game. I was fortunate to talk to Coach Swinney a few months ago when I interviewed him for my podcast, and we talked about his approach to goal setting for his athletes.
